May activities

PILATES

Come and join us at the church to have some fun doing pilates.
When: Thursday May. 10 at 7:00 pm
Where: At the church in the relief society room
Don't forget to bring a matt, towel or blanket to lay on while you do pilates

COOKING ON A BUDGET

When: Wed. May 30 pm at 7:00 pm
Where: Brittany De Jong's house
Bring a recipe to share

Let us know what day will be best for you to do the park outings in the Summer and what time works best for you.

Hi Everyone,

I thought that I'd take this opportunity and see if anyone is interested in going for walks with me. I'm working on getting healthier but I'm having a hard time staying motivated, especially as I deal with some chronic illnesses. But I really do want to do this and a partner would help me stay focused and get out the door on the days I'm struggling.

Plus, it wouldn't be as boring and I'd like to build some new friendships!

I do work most days so it would likely have to be in the evenings or weekends.

I am also interested in finding a partner to attend an Aquafit class at the Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre, for either one night a week or for the Saturday afternoon class (12-1pm).

Just give me a call to make arrangements for either activity and we'll work something out, ok?

Hi,
As soon as school gets out (the end of June) I would be interested in starting a walking group in the evenings or weekends. I also need motivation to get things done so I'm exited to have someone to go with. Anyways this blog is a really great idea. Thanks Laura
